LOCAL JOB! – IPAF OPERATOR – HS2 – BIRMINGHAM, SALTLEY 🚨
📍 Location: Saltley, Birmingham

👷 Position: IPAF Operator – MEWP
📅 Start: 12th October
⏳ Duration: Long-term
We are currently looking for an experienced IPAF Operator to join an established team working on a major HS2 project in Saltley, Birmingham.
Requirements:
✅ Valid IPAF licence – essential
✅ Experience operating MEWPs (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms)
✅ HS2 induction – essential
✅ Valid Safety Critical Medical – essential
✅ Strong understanding of working at height and site safety procedures
✅ Previous experience on major construction or infrastructure projects preferred
Duties:
📋 Operate MEWPs safely across site
📋 Carry out pre-use checks and report any defects
📋 Follow site procedures and safe systems of work
📋 Work safely at height and maintain awareness of surrounding activities
📋 Coordinate with site teams to support daily operations
📋 Ensure compliance with HS2 health and safety requirements
