The Roles

Business Studies Teacher

• Deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across secondary year groups
• Plan and adapt lessons to meet pupils' learning needs
• Support pupils' progress, understanding and exam preparation
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment

Cover Supervisor

• Supervise classes during teacher absence
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and keep pupils on task
• Manage classroom behaviour and encourage engagement
• Support pupils across a range of subjects, including Business Studies where appropriate

Who We're Looking For

• Business Studies Teachers with QTS or relevant teaching experience
• Cover Supervisors with strong communication and classroom management skills
• Business, finance or enterprise professionals interested in education
• Candidates with experience working with children or young people
• Reliable, adaptable individuals who can build positive relationships with pupils

A teaching qualification is highly desirable for teaching roles. Candidates with substantial relevant industry experience may also be considered, depending on the role and school requirements.
