They're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, working on high-quality residential schemes where attention to detail and strong commercial management are essential.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in high-end residential who wants to be involved in quality projects, work alongside an experienced team and continue developing their career within a specialist contractor.

What they're looking for:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience within high-end or super prime residential construction.

A strong understanding of subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations and cost control.

Experience managing commercial packages and maintaining accurate cost reporting.

Good contractual knowledge and the ability to identify commercial risks.

Someone commercially switched-on, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of their work.
