Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist SEND Tutor to provide tailored 1:1 tuition to learners across Wirral. This role is ideal for a creative, patient tutor who can engage pupils with complex needs and help them make meaningful progress in their education.

The Role:
Deliver personalised 1:1 tuition based on each learners individual needs.
Support pupils with SEND, complex needs and barriers to learning.
Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
Develop learners confidence, engagement and academic progress.
Monitor progress and provide feedback on learning outcomes.

Experience, Training and Qualifications:
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience working with students with complex needs.
Experience supporting SEND or disengaged pupils.
UK classroom teaching experience.
A creative, patient approach and willingness to think outside the box.
To be eligible for this role, the Specialist SEND Tutor must:
Hold the right to work in the UK.
Hold an enhanced DBS including the child barred list, ideally on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain the required clearance.
Provide two professional references, including relevant child-related experience.
