Location: Central London (Zone 1)
Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 + package, depending on experience

4Site Recruitment is representing an established fit-out contractor with projects across London and the wider UK.

They're looking for an Estimator with previous retail fit-out experience to join their Central London team. You'll play a key role in pricing projects, managing subcontractor enquiries and preparing competitive tenders, working closely with the commercial, pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure costs are accurately assessed from the outset.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the retail fit-out market and wants to work on quality projects within an established contractor.

What they're looking for:

Previous estimating experience within retail fit-out.

A good understanding of construction costs, tender documentation and subcontractor packages.

Experience managing subcontractor enquiries and reviewing quotations.

The ability to prepare accurate, competitive tender submissions.

Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.

Someone who works well with commercial and operational teams.
