A fantastic opportunity for an experienced M&E Project Manager to join a well-established building services and maintenance contractor operating across some of London's most prestigious and iconic buildings. This position is ideal for a presentable M&E specialist, who enjoys overseeing projects in unique and challenging environments. Our client is a highly regarded M&E maintenance contractor specialising in mechanical, electrical, HVAC and combustion systems across commercial, heritage and public buildings throughout Central London. With an established reputation for delivering high-quality building services, the successful Project Manager will benefit from long-term stability, excellent employee benefits and the opportunity to oversee a variety of maintenance, refurbishment and small works projects within some of the capital's most recognisable locations.

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing RAMS, ensuring they are fully compliant.
• Overseeing projects and hitting targets.
• Winning and tendering for projects.
• Liaising with customers and clients.

The successful Project Manager should have:

• Extensive experience overseeing construction projects
• Strong knowledge in the M&E sector .
• Experience within commercial buildings, museums or other types of public buildings.
• Extensive knowledge of RAMS, CDM management and site health and safety.
• Familiar with MS projects.
