Shipping Coordinator

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Export Shipping Co-ordinator dealing with Air, Road and Oceanfreight for a well-established Freight Company based in the E16 area.

Duties:-

• Data input from daily sheets
• Liaising with customers via email & phone
• Arranging worldwide air, sea & roadfreight shipments (both imports and exports)
• Arranging courier shipments from UK & from Northern Ireland
• Creating jobs and creating pick lists to give to warehouse
• Completing jobs ready for despatch
• Booking transport for third party deliveries
• Speaking / emailing with ships agents to get ETA & ETD of vessels.

Required Experience:-

• Air, Road and Oceanfreight knowledge
• Good customer service skills
