Are you an experienced Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or Account Manager within the Fire & Security industry?

We're working with a number of leading Fire & Security companies across the UK who are looking to strengthen their commercial sales teams. Whether your expertise is in Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Monitoring or Integrated Security Systems, we'd love to hear from you.

Typical Responsibilities

• Generating new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
• Managing and developing existing customer accounts.
• Building long-term relationships with clients across a variety of industries.
• Identifying customer requirements and recommending tailored Fire & Security solutions.
• Preparing quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Managing your sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Working closely with technical and operational teams to deliver successful projects.

We're Looking For

• Previous sales or business development experience within the Fire & Security industry.
• Knowledge of one or more of the following:
• Fire Alarm Systems
• CCTV
• Access Control
• Intruder Alarms
• Monitoring Services
• Integrated Security Solutions
• A proven track record of winning new business and developing customer relationships.
• A consultative, solution-led sales approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory and pipeline.
• Full UK driving licence.

Typical Package

• Basic salaries up to £60,000 (depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission with realistic OTEs of £70,000–£90,000+
• Company car or car allowance
