About the RoleHours: 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday

Location: On site at our Manchester depot

Your role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll be a key point of support for our Manchester team—keeping records accurate, coordinating with suppliers and making sure the essential admin gets done.

You’ll:

Keep stock systems up to date and log stock movements.

Check and sign off weekly timesheets and worksheets, ready for processing.

Source competitive supplier quotes to meet engineers’ requirements and coordinate material deliveries.

Maintain personnel records, filing and archives.

Handle phone calls, post and stationery orders.

Support the depot with day-to-day administration.

You’re organised, approachable and reliable. You communicate clearly, have a professional telephone manner and are comfortable using computer systems. You take pride in getting the details right and can prioritise your workload independently
