The Role

• Teaching Business Studies across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5
• Planning and delivering engaging, challenging lessons that inspire achievement
• Preparing students for GCSE and A-Level examinations
• Monitoring progress and providing effective feedback
• Creating a positive and ambitious learning environment
• Working collaboratively with an experienced and supportive department

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Business Studies at GCSE level
• A-Level teaching experience is highly desirable
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for business and enterprise
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to motivate, challenge and inspire learners of all abilities
• A commitment to raising standards and student achievement
