£40,000 - £65,000 DOE | London

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing investment business as a Finance & Operations Associate.

Working closely with the leadership team, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business across finance, operations, marketing and events. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, offering exposure to everything from funding rounds and fund launches through to investor events, social media and business administration.

The Role
Supporting finance administration, bookkeeping and reconciliations
Assisting with payroll, VAT returns and tax administration
Liaising with external accountants and advisers
Coordinating events including investor dinners, networking events, golf days and other client engagement activities
Managing social media activity and marketing administration
Providing operational and administrative support across the business
Supporting senior stakeholders with a range of business-critical projectsAbout You
Previous experience in a finance, operations or business support role
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Comfortable supporting payroll, VAT returns and finance processes
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, adaptable and happy to get involved across all areas of the business
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
