Job Title: Senior Site Manager (Residential, Stratford)

About the Role,

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a strong Senior Site Manager to take the lead on an existing residential project in Stratford, East London, which is already well underway.

You’ll take the lead on site, managing a team of five managers and driving the project through to completion. This is a real opportunity for a Senior Site Manager who is ready to take the next step towards becoming a Project Manager. You may not quite be there yet, but you have the ambition and potential to make that progression within the next 6 to 12 months. Our client is not looking for an established Project Manager, and would prefer someone who is hungry for the opportunity and wants to prove themselves.

The Project

• 106 residential units
• Façade works currently progressing
• Internal fit-out programmed to start towards the end of 2026
• First completions targeted for Q3 2027

Key Responsibilities

• Taking the lead on site and taking ownership of the project through to completion
• Leading and managing a team of five managers
• Managing both the programme and the people around it
• Driving quality, health and safety standards across the site
• Setting high standards and leading from the front

• Proactive, with the confidence and ability to take ownership and lead a team
• Technically strong, organised and commercially aware
• Strong attention to detail, with a clear focus on quality and health and safety
• Someone who takes pride in what they deliver
• Ready for a step up to Project Manager within the next 6 to 12 months
