Description
Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist users with technical queries and resolve them promptly.
Install, configure and maintain desktop systems and applications.
Monitor and manage IT equipment inventory.
Collaborate with the technology team for system upgrades and improvements.
Document and update technical support procedures.
Ensure security protocols are followed on all devices.
Support remote users with connectivity and access issues.Profile
A successful Desktop Support Analyst should have:
Experience in using Microsoft Defender
Knowledge of desktop operating systems and applications.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
Familiarity with IT security practices.
