Location: Site-based, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm)
Salary: £37,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Ashley Kate HR & Finance are pleased to be supporting our client in recruiting for this brand new role of HR Coordinator to join their busy HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator looking to build on their experience and take on a varied role within a fast-paced business.
Supporting a workforce of over 500 employees across multiple UK locations, you will act as a key link between HR administration and managers while helping to deliver an efficient and proactive HR service.
What will you be doing?

Coordinating HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes and employee records.
Supporting managers with HR queries and Employee Relations matters.
Providing guidance and confidently challenging and influencing managers where required.
Supporting HR administration during the implementation of a new HR system.
Maintaining accurate employee data and ensuring a high level of attention to detail.
Assisting with recruitment administration, including advertising vacancies and ensuring roles are managed through to closure.
Supporting HR and payroll activities as the business moves towards a shared People Services model.
Producing HR documentation, reports and management information.
Managing multiple priorities and supporting wider HR initiatives as required.Essential

Previous experience within an HR Coordinator or HR Advisor.
Exposure to Employee Relations matters.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to confidently engage with managers.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
