Commercial Account Handler - West Bromwich - Up to £38,000

This is a role for an experienced commercial handler who wants to work somewhere that values quality over volume. You'll manage a portfolio of commercial clients, handle new business and warm leads, and be part of a growing team that takes pride in the service it delivers.

Salary: Up to £38,000
Location: West Bromwich
Working pattern: Office based - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
What you'll be doing

Managing a portfolio of commercial clients across a range of classes
Handling new business enquiries and warm leads
Processing renewals and mid-term adjustments
Dealing with client and insurer queries efficiently and professionally
Delivering a high standard of customer service throughoutWhat they're looking for

Solid experience in commercial insurance account handling
Good knowledge across commercial insurance products
Strong communication and administration skills
