Part-Time Cleaner – Commercial Premises

Job Type: Part-Time
Hours: 3 hours per week
Working Days: One agreed day per week
Working Hours: 5:30pm – 8:30pm
Location: Albert Bygrace Retail Park, AL2

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of a commercial facility. The successful candidate will take pride in their work, pay close attention to detail and ensure the premises are maintained to a consistently high standard.

The role will involve a 3-hour cleaning shift per week, with a particular focus on the reception area, floors, internal glass and general presentation of the premises.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all floors are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to a high standard.

Keep the reception area clean, tidy and presentable at all times.

Dust and clean the legs of chairs and furniture.

Clean doors throughout the facility, removing marks and fingerprints.

Clean internal glass and glass partitions to ensure a clear, streak-free finish.

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the agreed areas.

Follow the cleaning schedule and any site-specific instructions.

Use cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly.

Report any maintenance issues or cleaning supply requirements.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy.

Have a strong eye for detail and take pride in their work.

Be able to work independently and manage their time effectively.

Have a professional attitude and a strong work ethic.

Ideally have previous commercial cleaning experience, although this is not essential.

Be committed to delivering a consistently high standard of cleaning.
