Service Advidsor

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join a reputable automotive dealership in Runcorn. This is an excellent Service Advisor opportunity for a professional experienced in delivering high standards of customer service within a busy automotive environment. Competitive basic salary of £30,000 with an achievable OTE of up to £33,000
Working hours Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a 1 in 3 rota

Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring clients receive clear and professional communication throughout their vehicle’s service
Manage customer enquiries and promote value-added services effectively
Coordinate workshop loading and ensure efficient workflow management
Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing for all repair work
Conduct vehicle health checks and explain findings to customers clearly
Keep customers informed of vehicle progress and advise on additional work if required
Facilitate a seamless customer journey from check-in to vehicle collection
Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings, maximising workshop revenue
Manage job times and invoicing promptly to meet targetsRequirements:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive industry
Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Good communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
Resilience, energy, and a confident, proactive approach
Willingness to learn and develop within the role
Experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
