Freelance Site Manager – Curtain Walling / FaçadeLocation: Exeter
Duration: 6 Months
Project: Student Accommodation Recladding

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a six-month student accommodation Curtain Wall refurbishment project in Exeter.

Working as the Number 2 on site, you will support the Project Manager with the day-to-day running of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience within the curtain walling industry – candidates from other backgrounds will not be considered.

Quality Assurance Experience - experience using Multivista
Previous experience delivering façade projects, ideally recladding schemes.

Experience working within live environments.

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

Must live locally to Exeter, as no digs or accommodation are available.

The Opportunity:

Six-month freelance contract.

Long-term project on a student accommodation recladding scheme.

Key supporting role reporting directly to the Project Manager.
