Internals / Finishing Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a fast-paced, high-quality scheme, overseeing the internal works through to completion over the next 12 months.

The role of Internals / Fit Out Supervisor/ Finishing Foreman is to start ASAP up to 12 months work and beyond for the right candidate. You to considered for this role you must have previously managed subcontractors and trades on site and worked on student accommodation schemes

Role Details:

Start: ASAP
Duration: Approximately 12 months - Could continue longer for the right person
Rate: £250 - £270 per day (depending on experience)
Location: Crutched Friars LondonKey Responsibilities:

Management and coordination of all internal and fit-out works
Overseeing subcontractors , and trades to ensure all works are delivered to programme
Maintaining high standards of quality and finish throughout
Ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements
Working closely with the Project Manager and site team to drive progress
Managing snagging and handover processesRequirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in an Internals Manager/ Finishing Foreman role
Proven background on student accommodation or similar residential/commercial schemes
Strong knowledge of internal trades, sequencing, and quality control
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and work to tight programmes
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
