We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and award-winning care provider seeking an experienced RGN or RMN to join their nursing team. The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality nursing care in line with NMC guidelines
• Developing and reviewing person-centred care plans
• Administering and managing medication safely
• Monitoring resident health and wellbeing
• Supporting and mentoring care staff
• Working closely with families, healthcare professionals and the wider multidisciplinary team
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
• Previous experience within a nursing home, elderly care or clinical setting
• Excellent clinical knowledge and assessment skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, compassionate and professional approach
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care
