Business Development Manager Required! (Passive Fire & Door division)

Our client is established fire protection specialist delivering fire safety and compliance projects across the UK, working with a diverse client base across the construction and public sectors.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships and helping to grow our presence across key sectors.

Package:

Salary £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
Uncapped commission scheme
Realistic OTE of £60,000 - £90,000+.

Career progression opportunitiesBusiness Development Manager - Responsibilities:

Generating new business opportunities through proactive sales activity.
Developing relationships with contractors, consultants, housing providers and end clients.
Securing framework agreements and long-term contracts.
Managing and developing existing customer accounts.
Conducting face-to-face and virtual client meetings.
Identifying opportunities for additional services and repeat business.
Working closely with our estimating and operational teams to deliver client solutions.
Preparing quotations and supporting tender submissions.
Achieving individual and team sales targets.Business Development Manager - Requirements:

Experience within construction, passive fire protection or a related industry.
Previous sales, business development or account management experience.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A positive, self-motivated and resilient attitude.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Commercial awareness and a desire to win business.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Experience working with framework agreements and large commercial projects is advantageous
