Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support Primary schools across Chepstow (NP16).

Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, a graduate looking to gain classroom experience, or someone passionate about supporting children and young people, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in local schools while developing your skills within education.

About the Role

Supporting class teachers with day-to-day classroom activities
Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups and within whole-class settings
Helping children stay engaged, focused and motivated in lessons
Supporting learning across reading, writing, numeracy and creative activities
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting confidence in learning
Assisting with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons
Supporting pupils across Early Years, KS1 and KS2
Providing additional support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where required

Our Vetting Process

Safeguarding is our highest priority. All educators must successfully complete our comprehensive vetting process before being cleared to work. This includes an Enhanced DBS check, EWC registration, safeguarding training, employment references covering the last two years, right to work checks and all mandatory compliance requirements.
