East Anglia

£45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

An ambitious, independent brewery with a strong regional presence and exciting growth plans is looking for a commercially driven, relationship-focused Regional Account Manager to help grow its presence across the On Trade sector.

Combining a proud brewing heritage with a forward-thinking approach, the business is focused on growing its own-brand beer range alongside a wider drinks portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to join an independent business where you can build meaningful customer relationships, win new business and play a key role in driving continued growth across the region.

This is a hands-on, field-based role that combines account management, new business development and commercial growth. You'll take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately 70–80 customers across East Anglia, developing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities and driving profitable sales.

If you're passionate about sales, enjoy building lasting customer partnerships and want to represent an ambitious independent brewery, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role:

Cross-selling the wider drinks portfolio, including draught beer, wine and spirits
Working closely with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to grow their drinks offering
Maximising turnover and profitability across existing accounts while developing new revenue streams
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
Taking ownership of your territory, sales pipeline and overall commercial performance
Delivering against agreed sales targets, KPIs and business growth objectives
Representing an ambitious independent brewery and building its presence across the regional on-trade market
About You:

Experience within field sales, account management, business development or a similar commercial role
A background in the drinks, brewing, hospitality, FMCG or wholesale sectors would be advantageous
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and develop long-term commercial partnerships
A proactive approach to winning new business and growing existing accounts
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities and maximise sales profitability
Confident communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable managing your own territory and workload
A results-driven mindset, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and business growth
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
The ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to wider business objectives
