Mig Welder

We are currently recruiting for a MIG Welder/Fabricator based in Sandy for one of our clients on a full-time Temporary to Permanent basis.

Summary of the MIG Welder/Fabricator role

Salary: £16-18 per hour
Location: Sandy
Type of Contract: Temporary ongoing
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 12:00pm

Responsibilities of the MIG Welder/Fabricator

Welding box sections and flat steel
Production of batch and one-off items.
Use of electric hand tools.
Physical lifting is part of the job when positioning steelwork.
Guillotine, bandsaw & press work required to prep materials
Requirements for a successful MIG Welder/Fabricator

Previous experience with MIG welding essential.
Experienced and confident in using electric hand tools.
Driving licence and access to own vehicle due to location.
Forklift license preferable but training can be given
