Distinction Education is recruiting Early Years Teaching Assistants to support Nursery and Reception classes in Claines, Worcester.

These ongoing opportunities are ideal for candidates seeking regular Monday-to-Friday work, with time to build relationships and support children’s development.

Your role will include:

Supporting engaging, play-based EYFS activities.

Encouraging communication, confidence and independence.

Preparing resources and supporting children individually or in small groups.

Helping maintain positive routines and a safe learning environment.

Working closely with the teaching team.

We’re looking for candidates with experience supporting young children, an understanding of the EYFS, good communication skills and a warm, patient approach.
