Nursery Assistant Manager

Salary: £33,904–£35,339 per annum

We are looking for a motivated and organised Nursery Assistant Manager who can support the day-to-day running of the nursery and help maintain a high standard of care and education for all children.

As a Nursery Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to support staff, oversee daily operations and ensure children are provided with a safe, happy and stimulating environment. You will help lead and motivate the nursery team, build positive relationships with parents and support the delivery of high-quality early years education.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with leadership experience who is passionate about childcare and ready to progress within nursery management.

Requirements:

• Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Previous experience within a nursery setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• The ability to support and motivate a team.

Nursery Room Leader

Salary: £30,201–£31,200 per annum

We are also seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to lead a room within the nursery and create a welcoming, engaging and stimulating environment for children.

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will support children's development through fun and educational activities, guide and motivate your room team, and ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, care and early years practice are maintained.

The ideal Nursery Room Leader will be confident in planning activities, observing children's progress and building strong relationships with parents and colleagues. This is a great opportunity for an experienced practitioner who enjoys taking responsibility and helping children thrive.

Requirements:

• Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Experience working within a nursery.
• Good knowledge of child development and safeguarding.
• Confidence supporting and leading colleagues.
• A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.

Job Details

• Location: Woking
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Working pattern: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
• Nursery Assistant Manager salary: £33,904–£35,339 per annum
• Nursery Room Leader salary: £30,201–£31,200 per annum
