An excellent opportunity for an experienced Solar Electrician to join a rapidly growing renewable energy business and take a leading role across Solar PV, Battery Storage and Air Source Heat Pump installations. The company has built a strong reputation delivering renewable energy installations across the North West and is preparing for significant growth, with a substantial pipeline of projects secured for 2027. With increasing demand for Solar PV, Battery Storage and Heat Pump solutions, they are now looking for an experienced electrician who wants to take ownership of installations, develop their technical expertise and grow alongside a business with ambitious plans for expansion.

As a Lead Solar Electrician, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading electrical installations across Solar PV, Battery Storage and Air Source Heat Pump projects
• Carrying out inverter connections, battery installations, heat pump wiring and associated electrical works
• Completing electrical testing, fault finding and commissioning to ensure installations meet the required standards
• Taking ownership of installations, maintaining high-quality workmanship and supporting other engineers as the team expands

The successful Lead Solar Electrician should have:

• Proven electrical installation experience with strong hands-on knowledge of Solar PV and Battery Storage systems
• Experience with Air Source Heat Pump wiring and associated electrical installations desirable
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and 18th Edition, with relevant testing and inspection qualifications advantageous
• Strong technical knowledge, the ability to work independently and the ambition to progress into a supervisory position
