Parts Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established multi-franchise approved car dealership located in the Treforest area, for the position of Vehicle Parts Advisor.

The Vehicle Parts Advisor will play a vital role in supporting the dealership’s parts department by delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth. Up to £26,500 annual basic salary
Monthly bonus based on departmental performance, worth up to £200

Sell vehicle parts via telephone, internet, and other telesales channels
Accurately identify customer requirements and select the correct parts
Receive, process, and dispatch parts orders efficiently
Maintain a professional and courteous approach with trade and retail customers
Achieve sales targets to contribute to parts department growth
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Use dealer management systems (Pinnacle) and electronic parts catalogues daily
Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clientsRequirements for the Parts Advisor role:

Recent or current experience working within automotive parts (car parts preferred)
Motor factor background considered
Strong IT literacy and familiarity with dealer management systems
UK driving licence with minimal points
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Friendly, charismatic, and professional manner
