Working Foreman

3D Personnel are looking for a Working Foreman with Groundworks Experience to work across multiple sites in and around Hampshire.

This is an ongoing opportunity for a hands-on Working Foreman who can take responsibility for day-to-day site operations while also getting stuck in on the tools, operating machinery and working alongside the lads on the ground.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

Overseeing day-to-day site activities across multiple sites.
Supervising and directing site operatives to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Getting hands-on with groundworks and general site duties when required.
Operating machinery where necessary, in line with relevant tickets and qualifications.
Ensuring all work is carried out to the required standards and within project timescales.
Maintaining high standards of health and safety across all sites.
Coordinating labour, materials and equipment as required.
Identifying and resolving on-site issues quickly and effectively.
Leading by example and maintaining a strong, professional work ethic.Requirements:

Must hold a valid CSCS Card.
Must hold a valid SSSTS qualification (minimum).
Must hold a valid First Aid certificate.
Must hold relevant machine tickets such as 360 & Forward Tipping Dumper
Must have previous experience in a Working Foreman or similar supervisory role.
Must be willing to get hands-on and work alongside site operatives.
Must be reliable, hardworking and able to take responsibility on site.
Must be able to travel between multiple sites across Hampshire.

The pay rate quoted for this role is PAYE Umbrella which will see additional deductions to you take home hourly rate
