Bring Your Personality. We’ll Bring the Training.

Some jobs want you to sit quietly behind a desk. This isn’t one of them. As a Brand Ambassador, your energy, confidence and ability to connect with people are what make you great at the job.

Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing London-based organisation that represents well-known charities through face-to-face fundraising. You’ll be the friendly face of these causes in your local community, starting conversations, inspiring people and signing up new supporters.

You don’t need experience. You need personality, and we’ll help you shine.

Why people love this role:

• No two days are the same. You’ll be out in the community meeting new people every day, not stuck at a screen.
• You’ll be part of a team. You’ll work alongside like-minded, upbeat people who support and push each other.
• You’ll grow fast. You’ll build confidence, communication and sales skills that will stay with you whatever you do next.
• You’ll feel proud of what you do. Every supporter you sign up helps a charity make a real difference.

Your role:

• Approaching members of the public with confidence and a smile
• Telling each charity’s story in a way that connects with people
• Turning conversations into new regular supporters
• Hitting personal and team targets, and celebrating when you do

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Love meeting new people and can chat to anyone
• Have energy, drive and a positive outlook
• Can bounce back quickly when a conversation doesn’t go your way
• Want to be rewarded for your effort and results
• Care about making a difference

People from retail, hospitality, sport, leisure, performing arts or customer service often excel in this role. Graduates are very welcome.

The rewards:

• Total earnings of up to £1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary and uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
• Weekly pay
• Team incentives and recognition for top performers
• Full training and daily coaching
• Clear progression into team leader and management roles
