They are looking for strong, experienced Teaching Assistants who will not simply do the bare minimum, but will go above and beyond to make a genuine difference to the lives of these children.

The role:

Supporting students with severe autism and complex needs
Providing one-to-one and small-group support
Helping students develop their communication, social and life skills
Supporting with sensory activities and creative learning
Managing challenging behaviour calmly and confidently
Providing personal care when required
Working closely with teachers, therapists and other support staff

The ideal candidate:

Has previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN
Is active, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Is confident supporting challenging behaviour
Is patient, resilient and caring
Is reliable and committed to the role
Is willing to go above and beyond for the students
