Support Worker – Horley

Pay: £17.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time | Part-time | Flexible Zero-Hour Contracts

The Role:

• Administering medication
• Monitoring health observations
• General healthcare support
• Managing complex needs
• Providing reassurance, dignity, and emotional support every step of the way

Shifts:

• 12 hours Monday to Sunday days
• 12 hours Monday to Sunday nights

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for compassionate and capable support Worker who bring clinical expertise, empathy, and a calm, professional approach to complex situations. If you’ve worked in care before, particularly within the NHS or community healthcare settings, you’ll feel right at home with us.

Role Requirements:

• At least 1 year of support worker experience
• A Full UK driving licence
• Safeguarding Level 3
• A DBS registered on the Update Service
• Valid Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training
