SEND Teacher – Autism Specialist Provision | West Birmingham

£160–£220 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term

First For Education is seeking an enthusiastic SEND Teacher to work within a specialist secondary provision in West Birmingham.
This opportunity is ideal for a teacher who understands autism and can create structured, engaging and supportive learning environments for young people with differing needs.
We're looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience working with autistic pupils.
Strong classroom management and adaptive teaching skills.
Understanding of sensory needs and emotional regulation.
Ability to deliver structured, personalised lessons.
