An established, international Construction Consultancy is looking to expand its Cheshire team by appointing a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of projects from inception through to final accounts, playing a key role in both pre and post contract delivery.
With exposure to a diverse portfolio of data centre, commercial and industrial projects, this is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience while taking the lead on a range of exciting schemes.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Ideally MRICS or working towards
Completed a RICS accredited degree
PQS / Consultancy background
Able to deliver projects from inception to completion
Solid pre and post contract experience
Driving licenceIn Return?
£60,000 - £70,000
3 days a week in the office
