Job Title: Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner
Location: West Hertfordshire / East of England
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000+ per annum (depending on experience and qualification level)
About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to join our team in the Hertfordshire area. In this role, you will take ownership of monthly reporting and financial analysis while partnering closely with key stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
Posting and reviewing month-end journals, including accruals and prepayments.
Conducting detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making.
Managing stakeholder communication and acting as a dedicated finance business partner.
Requirements
Fully qualified (CCAB, CIMA, ACCA) or making strong progress as a part-qualified accountant.
Solid understanding of UK accounting standards.
Strong proficiency in Excel and core accounting software (such as Sage or similar).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders
