Customer Support Advisors

Answering inbound customer calls
Responding to customer emails
Updating and amending bookings on an internal system
Providing excellent customer service over the telephone and by emailSuitable for candidates with previous customer service, call centre, or telephone-based experience.

Booking Administrators

Processing and checking booking information
Updating internal databases and systems
Liaising with suppliers via email
Ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Maintaining exceptional attention to detailSuitable for candidates with administration experience and confidence using databases and business systems.

Requirements

Previous office experience is essential
Strong communication skills
Good attention to detail
Confident using computer systems
