Financial Services Administrator

Dynamite Recruitment are looking for a Financial Services Administrator – Protection to join an administration team within a financial planning firm, to support the protection Administration.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is highly organised and has excellent attention to detail. You'll play an important role in processing protection applications and ensuring everything runs smoothly from submission through to completion. Full training can be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Processing protection applications, including life insurance, critical illness and income protection.
Liaising with insurers, advisers and clients to obtain updates and outstanding information.
Tracking applications and proactively chasing progress to meet deadlines.
Checking documentation and client information for accuracy.
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
Managing a busy workload while supporting the wider team with administration. About You
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Confident working at pace and managing multiple priorities.
Proactive, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow up on outstanding requirements.
A confident communicator with good IT skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous financial services,mortggae, insurance or administration experience would be beneficial. Most importantly, you'll need to thrive in a busy environment where accuracy and efficiency are equally important.
