Optio Resourcing is looking for an experienced Site Manager to cover a 3-day retail project at Sainsbury’s West Cowes. The work is with an established turnkey retail contractor.
About the Role
Running the site in a live trading supermarket
Managing and coordinating trades and subcontractors
Keeping the site safe, including RAMS, permits, inductions and daily briefings
Working with store management to keep disruption to a minimum
Completing daily reports, progress photos and site documentation
Requirements
Valid Black CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshall and Hot Works certificates (essential)
Proven Site Manager experience, ideally on retail or supermarket projects
Experience working in live trading environments
Available for all 3 days
Own transport, including getting to the Isle of Wight
