My client is specialist sub- contractor, that are in the market for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The position requires an astute, organised individual to join their team.

Main Purpose of Role:

Provide sales support to Internal Sales to work as part of a fast-paced Customer Service Team ensuring project requirements are fulfilled.
Specific duties would include but are not limited to:
• Processing customer orders in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
• Processing Purchase orders and checking supplier acknowledgements.
• Producing Quotations and Checking project margins
• Working closely with your allocated Internal Sales Co-ordinator
• Liaising with relevant departments to ensure a speedy delivery.
• Dealing with day-to-day customer service calls, ETAs & PODs.
• Logging & assisting customer Invoice queries relating to the sales ordering process and product quality.
• Handling customer complaints and passing them on to your line manager if required.

Key requirements

• Maintain high levels of communication both verbal and written.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Keen eye for detail
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet key project deadlines.
• Previous customer service experience in a business environment is essential
• Competent at intermediate /advanced level in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to have a flexible approach to duties.
