Forge Partnerships is supporting Stonegate Precision Tooling with the appointment of an Internal Sales Executive for its growing Internal Sales Team.

From Stonegate House in North Cave, its field and technical teams help customers run more efficient, productive factories.
The role
You'll handle customer enquiries, build accurate quotations and follow them up to convert orders, working alongside experienced Field Territory Managers as part of a shared team covering every territory. Around two hours a day is proactive outbound activity by phone, WhatsApp and email, with quote follow-ups first. You'll be trained to the point where customers trust you as much as their field rep.
What you'll do

Respond to calls, emails and requests through a shared enquiry system
Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and follow them up to win the order
Run a structured pipeline in the CRM with clear next actions
Spot cross-selling opportunities and support campaigns, launches and customer reactivation
Build technical product knowledge and understand customers' factory operations

What you'll bring

Experience in internal sales, telesales, account management or technical sales support
Organised, detail-focused and confident on the phone
Commercially minded, self-motivated and comfortable working to KPIs
CRM experience (HubSpot ideal) and a technical, manufacturing or trade supply background are a bonus
