Project Manager

Delivery Manager | Heathrow Airport | Major Infrastructure Project

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join a major multi-storey car park refurbishment project at Heathrow Airport.

The project will involve a range of specialist refurbishment and structural packages, including:

Structural repairs

Concrete repair/remediation

New waterproofing/membrane systems

Façade replacement

Management of multiple subcontractors and work packages

Delivery within a live, operational environment

We’re looking for someone with:

Strong experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Senior Agent or Construction Manager

Experience delivering structural, refurbishment or remediation projects

Knowledge of façades, membranes/waterproofing and structural repairs

Strong subcontractor and package management experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Airport/Heathrow experience beneficial but not essential

This is a great opportunity to get involved at an early stage of a major project at Heathrow Airport, with further resource requirements expected as the project moves into construction
