Service Advisor (Motor)

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client based in the Melksham area who a looking to recruit a Service Advisor on a permanent basis

What you will be doing:

First point of contact for customers in person and over the phone
Keeping customers updated on their vehicles
Explain repairs and services to customers
Liaison with internal departmetns including the workshop
Providing accurate informaiton on repairs and services What you will need to succeed:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor industry is preferable
Excellent problem solving, communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure where no two days are the same
Good IT skills What you will receive in return:
