Business Process Analyst Lead - Local Authority

My Local Authority client in the Northeast is looking to appoint a talented Business Process Analyst Lead on a Contract basis.

The role will lead the Business Analyst workplan and associated resources, ensuring activity is prioritised and deployed to maximise delivery of programme outcomes for Future Ways of Working.

About the role:

Based in the Northeast (predominantly remote):

Lead, manage and coordinate the Business Analyst workplan, ensuring activity is prioritised in line with programme objectives and delivery timeframes
Review existing discovery outputs and as-is process maps to identify key findings, gaps and design requirements.
Complete additional process analysis and mapping where this is necessary to support future-state design.
Work with Digital colleagues to identify where technology, workflow or automation could support an agreed to-be process.
Simplify and standardise business administration processes, reducing duplication, delays, rework and unnecessary hand-offs.About you:
You will have the following experiences:

Extensive experience in Business Process Analysis in a Local Government setting.
Experience of redesigning business administration or corporate support services.
Six Sigma is highly beneficial
Relevant professional qualification in business analysis, process improvement, Lean or change management.What's on offer:

Salary: £400-£600+ per day, inside IR35
Hybrid Working
Contract type: Contract
Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
