Salary: Up to £34,000 + Bonus + Annual Profit Share
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible start and finish times
Hybrid Working: 1 day from home per week

The Role

You'll coordinate day-to-day import and export shipments, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operational processes.

Responsibilities include:

Managing multimodal freight shipments from start to finish
Liaising with clients, suppliers and overseas offices
Monitoring shipment progress and resolving operational queries
Processing client invoices and supplier costs within agreed KPIs
Maintaining high service standards and identifying process improvements

About You

Previous freight forwarding operations experience
Understanding of import and export procedures
Strong communication and organisational skills
Customer-focused, proactive and solutions-driven approach
Ability to manage workloads and build strong working relationships
