£17.00 to £19.00 per hour
Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm / Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm

The Role
We're recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller Programmer to join a well-established manufacturing site in Dudley.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for:

• Programming, Setting, and Operating CNC machines
• Milling and Boring components
• Working with Heidenhain controls (essential)

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines
• Carry out medium to large-scale milling and boring work
• Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
• Work to tight tolerances and machining standards
• Inspect and check your own work using measuring equipment

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in CNC Milling (Programming/Setting/Operating)
• Strong background in medium to large milling & boring
• Experience with Heidenhain controls (preferred)
• Fanuc knowledge beneficial
• Confident reading engineering drawings, including:

o Machining symbols
o Tolerances
o Geometric tolerances

• Experience using measuring equipment:

o Micrometers
o Slip gauges
