Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

A modern, Cost Management consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their independent, M&E Cost Management team in London.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will join a team of circa 20 M&E Quantity Surveyors who take projects from feasibility though to final accounts for blue chip and high profile projects across the UK and Europe.

Project wise, the Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will work on commercial, residential, sports stadiums, and corporate fit out schemes.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

Completed a RICS / Construction / Engineering degree
MRICS or working towards
Good understanding of M&E systems and costs
Pre and post contract experience
Comfortable leading projects independently
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practiceIn Return?

£70,000 - £85,000
