UK Payroll, Benefits and Reward Manager

This established manufacturing company based in central London is renowned for operations in over 40 countries listed on the London Stock Exchange. The company is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Payroll Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of UK payroll.
Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for the delivery of UK payrolls, Benefits Management and Reward Analytics within a global organisation.
Core responsibilities include:> Payroll - Manage end-to-end delivery of UK payrolls, covering 100+ headcount and including the global HQ in London.Benefits Management - Manage end to end the vendors, brokerage, administration and communication for the UK private medical, life insurance, income protection, pensionReward analytics and modelling - support to the Group Head of Reward on various reward analyses, including CEO pay ratio, reward and benefits cost modelling
What you'll need to succeed
> Proven UK payroll experience with strong legislative knowledge
> Experience managing employee benefits and vendor relationships
> Strong reward, compensation and data analysis skills
> Excellent stakeholder management, including senior executives
> Strong attention to detail
> CIPP/ICB qualification desirable
> Experience within a complex international organisation preferred
