They are on the lookout for an experienced and job-winning Senior Architect to hit the ground running for their team in Winchester.

Lead on a range of residential projects from inception through to completion
Prepare building regulations, planning and technical information
Produce design solutions and construction packages
Liaise with clients and consultants to build and maintain strong working relationshipsRequirements for the role of Senior Architect:

ARB registered
Significant post RIBA qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Proficient with Revit or Vectorworks
Experience managing projects within the residential sector
Experience with Masterplanning is advantageous
Experience working across all RIBA work stages
Ability to contribute to and develop a robust pipeline of work for the client
Experience managing more junior team members in a previous role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
