Job Title: Regional Health & Safety Manager
Salary and Benefits: £60,000- £70,000 DOE
Location: Milton Keynes (Multi Site)

We are seeking an experienced Regional Health & Safety Manager to lead and implement health, safety, and compliance systems across multiple distribution centres and transport locations. This role involves collaboration with senior leadership to ensure best practices and legal compliance.

The key responsibilities include:

Leading safety strategy and promoting a strong safety-first culture across all locations
Conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance
Investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions
Overseeing transport safety standards, driver compliance, and fleet safety procedures
Developing safety training programmes and engaging with teams to enhance safety awarenessThe successful candidate will have:

Proven experience managing health and safety within logistics, warehousing, or transport operations
Solid knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and best practices
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
