Service Service is recruiting an experienced Auto Electrician to join a busy Final Assembly workshop in Droitwich, fitting electrical systems to new light and heavy recovery vehicles.
The Role
Install, test and fault-find electrical systems on new recovery vehicles.
Build wiring looms, junction boxes and ancillary equipment.
Diagnose electrical faults on used vehicles.
Assist with hydraulic and mechanical fitting when required.
Maintain high standards of workmanship in a busy workshop environment.
About You
Time-served background in automotive electrics.
Ideally, at least three years’ relevant experience.
Experience with commercial vehicles, trucks, construction plant, truck bodywork or forklift trucks would be beneficial.
Good organisation, time management and planning skills.
Self-motivated, flexible and confident in the quality of your work.
What's on Offer
Up to £18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Overtime available at enhanced rates.
40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm.
